Chris Alfaro, who performs and releases music as Free the Robots, is a producer from Santa Ana, California who blends together a number of styles including hip-hop, nu-jazz and electronica to create a distinctive sonic amalgam. Alfaro released his debut album, Prototype, in 2005 and has since managed to make a name for himself on the the future-thinking electronic music circuit.
