About
Forest City Lovers' leading lady, Kat Burns is an indie singer-songwriter from Ontario, Canada. On top of her definitive yet understated vocal skills, she plays the guitar, piano, banjo, and glockenspiel. Burns released her debut EP, For the Birds, in 2005, before working almost exclusively with Forest City Lovers. In the fall of 2011, she graced the California coast with a series of solo performances.
