King Ju, Pop Hip, Cadillac and MC Salo make up the Paris-based rap/punk ensemble Stupeflip. The group released its self-titled debut EP in 2002, and began receiving radio play with its follow up, Je Fume Pu D'Shit, released later the same year. The band's cross-genre sound, fully realized on its 2003 self-titled 22-track album, combines hip hop, quick-paced guitar riffs, pop punk and experimental samples taken from everyday life while its lyrics often take on both sweet and cynical qualities. Stupeflip released its third studio effort The Hypnoflip Invasion, in 2011.
