Juan Gabriel was a Mexican singer and songwriter who began his career in nightclubs performing under the name Adán Luna. He later changed his name to Juan Gabriel to honor his father and became one of the most famous living representatives of Mexican ranchera music. He passed away, at the age of 66 in 2016.
