Elán is a singer known for being one of the first Latin American female songwriters to begin her career with original compositions written in English completely on her own. Her band is comprised of Jan Carlo DeFan (guitar), Carlos Padilla Maqueo (bass) and Michel “Cheech” Bitar DeFan (drums).
