Adrian Poynton is a British dramatist and stand-up comedian. The Staffordshire-native first got into performing arts as a member of the Lichfield Youth Theatre, and later went on to perform stand-up comedy at venues across the UK and Europe. In addition to being one of the most popular comedians on the comedy scene in the UK, Poynton has also seen great success as a writer. He has written plays as well as scripts for TV shows.
