The Reminding Ideas is a Los Angeles-based experimental rock duo made up of Michael Magnum and Matt Soule. By incorporating electronic elements with classical orchestration, the Reminding Ideas creates music that is layered yet still pure in sound. The duo's 2011 debut album House of Weather, explores the themes of the universe and the emotions within it, though the Reminding Ideas leaves the interpretation of those emotions up to the listener.
