Since 1993, DJ Cruze has built his solid reputation on DJing skill and technical ability alone, an almost unheard of feat in an industry that depends on mixing ability and production skills. His breakthrough performance at Seduction's Uproar Event came without him having produced a single track. DJ Cruze met his production partner, Breaks, in 2006, the same year he dropped his first production release. His dedication to the hardcore movement has gained him a sizable fan base, and along with his new production skills and partner, DJ Cruze is a solid member of the UK hardcore scene.
