MKS Pogoń Szczecin is one of the 16 football clubs that compete for the glorious title of Ekstraklasa. It is based in Szczecin, Poland and uses the Stadion Florian Kryger as its home ground. It was founded as the football team of Klub Sportowy Kolejarz Szczecin in 1950, but its roots go back to 1948. Its history is filled with remarkable performances in Ekstraklasa, Polish Cup. It has even competed in the UEFA cup competition many times.
