Poison Idea is a punk rock band from Portland, Oregon that was formed in 1980. After gigging around for a few years, the band would eventually release its debut EP in 1983 followed by its debut LP in 1986. Though the group broke up in 1993, it reformed in 1998 and has since been performing on a semi-regular basis.
