These days it's easy to call music indie. Just about anything that isn't playing every two minutes on the radio is indie. So in that sense, Cosmo Jarvis would be indie, but his happy, bouncing pop music sounds more like Paul Simon's "Graceland," really. Each song is really different, though, and his use of unconventional instruments (woodwinds, ukulele) adds a lot of variety to the music.
