UK pop singer Chesney Hawkes has had a two decade-long career with relatively little output. He is a one hit wonder in the US for his 1999 single "The One and Only," while his presence is a bit more sustained in the UK; but even then, most of it was in the 90s. His post-2000s music has the unmistakable 90s' pop sound, offering something to those folks who nostalgically yearn for this bygone era.
