Puerto Rican-born, Oakland-based electro-pop duo consists of singer Sofía Córdova and producer Matthew Kirkland. Drawing on their Latin roots, the band combines Puerto Rican musical tradition with the future sounds of electronic music, to create music for both the dancefloor and the soul. The group continues a wake of global dance music that prefers universal pop leanings to any one genre, allowing for great sonic potential, and ultimately a wider audience.
