Anni B Sweet is the indie pop alter ego of Ana Lopez Rodriguez. Born in 1988 in Malaga, Spain, Rodriguez began writing her own song sat the age of seven and worked with a number of bands in her youth before being signed by Spain's largest independent record label and releasing he solo debut Start, Restart, Undo in 2008. After a huge tour through Europe and having a cover of "Take On Me" featured in a commercial, Anni B Sweet has proven her status as one of those indie singer/songwriter darlings that rises to stardom once in a blue moon.
