Lady D (aka Darlene Jackson) is a Chicago-based DJ who specializes in spinning house music of both the past and present. Since starting her career in the mid-1990s, she has earned herself a reputation as "Chicago's Queen of House Music," thanks to her four-on-the-floor production and swirling house style. Her production, remix and party DJ'ing skills have taken her all around the world, with stops in Russia, Germany, Canada and Thailand, among others, and she currently hosts a regular show on Chicago Public Radio.
