Although born in America, Khalil Fong (Traditional Chinese: 方大同) is a Hong Kong-based soul Mandopop singer and songwriter, whose favorite music genres are Soul, Neo-Soul, Jazz, 1950s Doowop and Rock. After releasing his first CD Soulboy in 2005, Fong's career and popularity grew in both Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition to his own songs, Khalil Fong has also composed songs for other artists in China.
