With quite the illustrious career in electronic music behind him, Thomas Tuft still continues to expand his resume and his influence on UK house scene. Both a radio DJ and a DJ behind the club turntables, Liverpool-based Tuft has earned a name for himself since the early 1990s, spinning the funkiest offshoots of the house genre, including disco house and soulful house. Tuft has held a regular program on Liverpool’s Juice FM every Friday night for years, and is the house and nu disco buyer for the highly respected label 3 Beat Records--a place where many DJs turn to both for classic and up-and-coming electronic musicians. Still, Tuft continues to grow his audience and develop his style, performing at festivals and venues worldwide.
