Felix da Housecat is the moniker of Chicago-based DJ and producer Felix Stallings, Jr., who has been heavily involved in house music since the mid-1980s when he first began working with acid house architect DJ Pierre. While the young musician ceased his involvement with the genre upon entering college, he later took up DJing again and incorporated more elements of electroclash and pop into his music. Founder of the esteemed label Radikal Fear Records, regular remix artist for prominent pop musicians and DJ on the international club circuit, Felix da Housecat is a notable presence and an artist worth checking out.
