Tending to err on the rowdier, more rollicking side of country and folk, The Legendary River Drifters is a seven-piece band that combines traditional American roots music with occasional punk and rock elements. The Denver, Colorado-based band formed in 2007 and has been establishing itself within the Rocky Mountain region ever since. Saying that The Legendary River Drifters is a sight to be seen in the live setting would be an understatement. With all seven high-energy members crowded around onstage, the group uses a wide range of instrumentation, including guitars, mandolin, drums and group vocals, all adding up to one endearingly loose package that should please country and rock fans alike.
