With roots in both the London underground and the saturated electronic scene of Berlin, Mark Henning's reputation as a topnotch producer has spread throughout Europe. Falling somewhere in between deep house and funky techno, his tracks always remain danceable while managing to hide touch of darkness just beneath the surface. Henning will often work strange vocal samples and off-putting, almost dissonant tones into his tracks, adding a tinge of unease to the proceedings. His work also incorporates a bit of the bass warbles and chilly production of dubstep, helping blur the line even further between just what you might want to classify his music as.
