The Bliz, known off-stage as Colm MacManus, is an electronic musician and DJ from Ottawa, Canada, who continues what is beginning to be a family tradition begun by his father of DJing at nightclubs in and around the Ottawa area. Using a windfall of $2,000 to begin investing in his career as a DJ in 1997, The Bliz has since spent over a decade refining his craft and hob-knobbing with Toronto's electronic music elite. Considered now to be a leader in Canada's hard dance scene, The Bliz's hard work is starting to pay off in spades as he continues to create some of the most hard-hitting and innovative mixes to hit Canadian dance floors in quite some time.
