El Toro de la Muerte is a folk-tinged rock band based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The five-piece plays a version of indie rock that pulls heavily from guitar-driven alt country acts such as Ryan Adams and Wilco, occasionally throwing in some mellower influences to round out its sound. Popular for its high-energy live performances, El Toro de la Muerte puts on a well-attended Halloween show every year that is becoming a popular party pick around the Colorado Springs area.
