Chella Negro is a folk pop singer/songwriter who has found a devoted audience thanks to her emotive singing and acoustic guitar playing. Originally based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin, she eventually moved to Denver, Colorado, where she's lived since 2000. The singer/songwriter circuit of the Mile High City welcomed her with open arms and Negro soon found herself firmly established within it. Her debut album, Silos & Smokestacks, is representative of her sparse take on modern folk, stripped-down to just voice, guitar and lyrical tales of love and heartbreak.
