While Cardinal Grey is a band comprised of thoroughly American members based out of Colorado, it's easy to see the evident influence British rock and roll has had on them. By meshing this influence with elements of traditional Americana and the melodies of soft rock, the four-piece manages to create a characteristic sound that has gone over well with Denver audiences. Since forming in 2010, Cardinal Grey has focused on a songwriting style that allows each member equal say in the process, which has only helped further diversify the group's unique sound.
