Consumer Love Affair is the result of a musical collaboration between three college friends from Dublin, Ireland. Creating guitar-driven alternative rock with occasional pop punk energy and emotive singer/songwriter lyrical content, the band struck a chord in its home country fairly quickly, performing at notable Irish venues such as The Village and the main stage of The Academy. Consumer Love Affair's big, anthemic hooks and attention to emotionally-charged songwriting should continue to find fans of no frills pop-rock in the coming years.
