King Sunshine is an acid jazz outfit from Montreal that has over a decade of experience creating exceptionally progressive dance music at festivals and venues throughout Canada. As of late, King Sunshine is considered to be one of the Montreal's most celebrated jazz groups, and is celebrated for its ability to combine the tenets of traditional jazz with popular electronic music styles, particularly house. However, despite the band's mainstream appeal, King Sunshine has a definite affinity for the underground music scene and many familiar with the band knows that its heart and soul is still firmly committed to creating original music.
