Kaya Fraser is an indie folk pop singer/songwriter whose brand of what many call "intelligent pop" has been making waves on radio stations and blogs throughout Canada. Singing and songwriting is not only a talent Fraser has worked hard to develop, but also something that runs in the family, as she is the proud daughter of famed Canadian singer/songwriter Allan Fraser. Filled with the confidence that comes with almost unanimous acclaim for her debut album Tremor and Slip in 2007, Kaya Fraser has not necessarily reached a rare level of success for artists in the folk pop genre, but continues to surpass her initial efforts with better music than ever before.
