JF Robitaille is a folk pop/rock singer/songwriter from Montreal who counts his experiences living in London and New York City as highly influential in the development of his style. However, instead of coming across as an artist who merely assumes the styles of the areas he visits, Robitaille synthesizes what he learned and experienced abroad with a very special affinity for the folk soundscapes of his native Montreal. Having returned to Montreal spiritually refreshed and musically matured, JF Robitaille is already considered as one of the more promising up-and-coming folk pop/rock acts on the Canadian indie scene today.
