Isla Craig is an indie folk singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada whose unique approach to creating music toes the line between exploring soundscapes that represent the objective physicality of reality and the ephemeral subjectivity of dreams. Preferring to view music as a healing art, and as something everyone is born with the ability to create, Craig uses her music not only as a means to express who she truly is, but also to bring herself and her audiences onto a higher spiritual plane. So far, Isla Craig's foray onto Canada's music scene has been a successful one, with several blogs expressing their fascination with the young singer/songwriters as one of the more promising indie folk acts to come along in quite some time.
