Lady Hayes

Lady Hayes is a Canadian-born singer/songwriter who recently branched off into the solo circuit after spending time singing in the alt-country band, Revival Dear. Over the course of the six months she spent writing her own material, Hayes had penned over 200 original songs, many of which retain a bit of the twang of her previous outfit, while adding rock, jazz and 1970s folk flourishes as well. Her first official album, Opening Hearts & Apertures, is a lushly produced and mature collection of songs punctuated with piano, Motown horn blasts and Hayes' pop-minded vocal abilities.
