Gloryhound is an alternative rock band from Halifax, Nova Scotia that was formed in 2006. Strongly influenced by bands that are able to blend classic rock sensibilities with more modern production aesthetics, Gloryhound is a clear reflection of the modern music scene that exists in Canada. With harrowing guitar arrangements and breakneck drumming, the band creates robust instrumental arrangements that manage to be held down by lead singer Evan Meisner's grounded vocal approach.
