Emma Hill is an alternative country/folk singer/songwriter from Portland, Oregon whose breakout debut album Just Me was recorded and released to acclaim in 2007 when she was only 19. Although teenagers are no stranger to releasing chart topping albums, for such a well-crafted album to be released by such a young singer/songwriter in the folk genre is nearly unprecedented. Following the release of her debut album, Hill began touring extensively to much audience and critical acclaim, which, in turn, gave the young singer/songwriter the traction she needed to continue her career in music with the release of her celebrated second album Clumsy Seduction in 2009.
