Def 3 is the stage name for Danny Fernandez, a hip-hop artist from Saskatchewan, Canada whose skill and renown as an extraordinary talent in the genre has done much to open up new opportunities for hip-hop artists in his home province and throughout Canada. Since releasing his first record in 2003, Def 3 has continued to prolifically record, produce and release his music to much acclaim, including to that of his ever-growing number of fans in and outside of Canada. Never content with his success and skill as is, Def 3 is constantly developing his own hip-hop sound with a unique Latin twist, and could easily become a game changer for Canada's burgeoning hip-hop movement.
