Commandeers

Formed by brothers Nathan and Ezra Jesionka, along with two of their friends, a loose form of Commandeers came about when its band members were still in high school. After playing together for a few years, the band decided to become a serious project and donned the name Commandeers in 2008. Very much a proponent of rock and roll, the band draws on the sub-genres of 1960s garage, 1970s classic and modern blues to fortify its high-energy style of gritty rock and roll. Based out of Toronto, Commandeers continues to win over fans in the greater Ontario area.
