Having been likened constantly to Foals and Yeasayer, Toronto-based four-piece Bravestation, as might be garnered from these comparisons, plays lushly orchestrated indie pop with nods to the post punk revival and the experimental side of dance rock. After the release of its debut EP in 2010, Bravestation nabbed quite a bit of positive press from Canadian music publications and embarked on a tour in support of the EP throughout its native country and overseas in the UK. Continuing to build buzz around its name, Bravestation has kept busy on the summer festival circuit.
