With a diverse background made evident by its members coming from various regions of Canada, Boombox Saints is a four-piece now rooted in Vancouver. Comprised of Adlib, Huggy Fresh, Freeky P and DJ Relik, the group blends old school hip-hop with contemporary R&B and a penchant for classic beatbox sound effects. The group formed in 2006, honing its sound until it felt ready to release a debut EP two years later. As the band plays venues across Canada, it continues to refine its sound to focus on slick production and slow jam beats.
