Collegium Ducale is a small chamber orchestra based in Venice, Italy that is widely considered to be one of the better baroque ensembles in the world today. Although the ensemble's repertoire includes pieces that span all periods of music, from pre-Baroque to the 20th Century, it is truly their performances of works from composers of the Italian Baroque period such as Antonio Vivaldi and Alessandro Corelli. In addition to being a much sought after touring chamber orchestra, the Collegium Ducale is considered to be one of Venice's premier musical attractions, with some of the city's finest virtuosos joining its ranks to provide a one-of-a-kind musical experience for all visitors of the great city.
