Vibenhai is a roots reggae/dub rock band from Lincoln, Nebraska that stands perhaps as one of the Midwest's most popular acts in the genre today. Since debuting live on a snowy New Years Eve in 2006, Vibenhai received such positive feedback for its members' willingness to champion the genre in such a conservative area of the US that they've continued to perform to sold out crowds ever since. The band released its debut album The Feeling in the summer of 2009 to great acclaim from fans and critics, however, what continues to be Vibenhai's selling point is the energy and spontaneity of its live performances, as well as its members unique ability to blend some their of the greatest reggae influences into a distinct style that could end up being the key to their future success.
