American metal band Shadow of Intent came together in 2013. The deathcore and melodic death metal band is the brainchild of Ben Duerr and Chris Wiseman and began as a mere studio project. The band name is inspired by the name of a ship from a video game series. Shadow of Intent debuted with the EP Inferi Sententia in 2014. Melancholy is one of their most popular albums.
