"Alice Bell" is about a woman who must pay the price for striving to attain happiness in the midst of a fictional civil war. "Daniel Hit by a Train" tells tales of heroism and altruism in dire and tragic circumstances. "The Festival" is a story about an Australian woman who takes care of her mother and together, they attend a whale watching festival, where the woman meets another man. Both make plans to meet for next year's festival. This triumphant work of individual humanity is an exemplary work from the cherished contemporary theater company, founded in 1997.
