The Montana Grizzlies represents the athletic programs and intercollegiate teams of the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. The university is a member of the NCAA under Division I standing and competes in the Big Sky Conference and the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). Montana's football program was founded in 1897 and has enjoyed a long and decorated history with multiple playoff appearances and national titles to its credit.
