About
Vanden Plas is a progressive metal band from Kaiserslautern, Germany that was founded in 1986. Initially building its fan-base on the live music circuit, Vanden Plas would eventually release its debut album, Colour Temple, in 1994. Continuing to release well-received LPs in addition to refining its characteristic experimental metal sound, Vanden Plas has built a reputation as one of Germany's better regarded hard rock bands.
