Massimo Ranieri

Ranieri has been singing professionally for nearly his entire life, and has even appeared on the stage and in movies. He was born in 1951 in Naples with the name Giovanni Calone. At the age of 13, his first CD came out under his first pseudonym: Gianni Rock. Some of his big songs from his youth are: "Rita," "Se bruciasse la città," "Zingara" and "Sogno d'amore."
