Herr Holm is a character that was created by actor and cabaret artist Dirk Bielefeldt. A dumb-witted policeman turned supervisor, he made his debut in the 1991 production Herr Holm -- Keiner fur alle. Herr Holm has since been the main feature of all of Bielefldt's programs.
