Ganes

Ganes is a familial trio of sisters and cousins from Northern Italy who are now living in Germany. The Munich-based vocal group sings in Ladin, an endangered language comprised of both Italian and German dialects, which gives its music a unique sound. Sisters Elisabeth and Marlene Schuen and their cousin Maria Moling all possess strong voices that are used to create the sunny harmonies and melodic hooks Ganes is known for. Elements of world music, jazz, pop and rock combine to form a fusion style that is as breezily pleasant as the voices laid atop of it.
