Klaus Florian Vogt is a German tenor who is famous for his interpretations of Richard Wagner's work. Though he began his professional career as a hornist with the Hamburg Philharmonic, he studied voice at the Lubeck Academy of Music and went on to make his debut singing Tamino is Mozart's Die Zauberflöte. He's since gone on to make a name for himself on stage as well as through recordings, including his rendition of Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde, with the Orchestre symphonique de Montreal.
