Hailing from Hesse, Germany Thomas Freitag is a cabaret artist who got his start as a member of the troupe Stadttheater Gießen. He performed his first solo show, Ansichten eines Trittbrettfahrers, in 1976 and has since continued to entertain national audiences with his distinct parodies of pop culture.
