David Leukert is a German author and comedian. His career was forwarded by Germany's famous late night talk show host Harald Schmidt. Leukert's solo shows Ich und du and Singles Paare Paradiese were a big success in Germany. Being a studied social worker, Leukert also helps to raise awareness for poverty. His first book Eltern-Deutsch/Deutsch-Eltern was released in 2010.
