All the Fun of the Fair is a lively and rollicking musical based on the songs of David Essex. Written by David Essex and Jon Conway, this touching story is inspired by Essex's debut album and contains much loved songs such as "Winter Tale," "Gonna Make You a Star" and " "Rock On." Its protagonist, Levi Lee, is a widowed fair owner with a teenage son. The fair's gypsy fortune teller falls in love with Levi, but predicts a dark and dangerous future. This touching story shows the love between father and son with a surprise twist.
