GlasBlasSing Quintett is a German music group that uses water-filled glass bottles as its instruments of choice. Though at face-value the group's homemade instruments seem like a gimmick, the band has managed to take the art of blowing into class bottles into a new stratosphere beyond party tricks. Founded in 2002, the four-piece band made a name for itself busking on these streets of Berlin before earning a reputation for its peculiar yet impressive performances. Since releasing its debut album Liedgut auf Leergut, in 2006, GlasBlasSing Quintet has cultivated a following beyond its hometown and continues to perform its new age music in proper venues.
